Viking InterWorks, Inc. and our parent company, Sanmina-SCI Corporation merged our legal entities effective, September 28th, 2008. As a result of this merger, the official legal name of Viking InterWorks, Inc. will be changed to Sanmina-SCI Corporation, although we will be branded as Viking Modular Solutions. This merger will serve to improve our ability to develop innovative solutions and world-class service through heightened financial stability and the efficiency of many shared processes.
